Terms and Conditions

PERUTIONS INFINI(Service Provider) is a software firm into development of products, platforms and custom made solutions.

1. Payment made towards the purchase of the products will be purely for the service which will be activated for 1 year from the date of subscription.

2. The service will be controlled by means of a license based on the product criteria as selected by the customer.

3. GST will be applicable in billing ( based on norms) and invoice will be generated on purchase.

4. Customer shall not engage in rent/lease/resale of the product thus purchased.

5. There will a trial period of 1 month during which complete amount will be refunded to the customer , if they wish to discontinue.

6. There will not be any refund post the trail period.

7. Refund amount will be transferred back to the account through which customer has intiated payment.

8. Customer data ( all details input by customer) will not be validated by the service provider.

9. The ownership and authencity of data fed into the platforms rests with the customer.

10. Customer registering on the site should comply to the rules and regulations set by the Indian Law.

11. Products purhcased will be under warranty for a period of 1 year.

12. Service support based on SLAs will be done using a ticketing system.

13. Service Provider retains all right, title and interest in the intellectual property rights in the Product and Services, including (but not limited to) all software, formats, interfaces, information and data, content and Service Provider’s proprietary information and technology used by Service Provider or provided to Service Provider in connection with the Services or usage of the Product.

14. Any uprgarde in features as required by customer will be done on case basis at speficic rates considering the effort involved.

15. If either Party is unable to perform any of its obligations based on this agreement because of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Party, such as an act of God, fire, casualty, pandemic, flood, war, terrorist act, failure of public utilities, injunction or any act, exercise, labor or civic unrest, assertion or requirement of any governmental authority, epidemic, or destruction of production facilities (a “Force Majeure Event”), the Party who has been so affected shall immediately give notice to the other Party and shall do everything reasonably practicable to resume performance.

16. Parties (Serive provider and customer) acknowledge and agree that they shall comply with all the applicable data protection laws in relation to collection of personal data, processing of personal data and shall ensure that there are organizational measures to safeguard such personal data.

17. Customer warrants that it shall obtain prior consent of the individual whose personal data is being shared with the Service Provider.
